We are seeking a new Board member and the particular skills we would welcome include Strategic & Lobbying, alongside knowledge of the Scottish Artistic Sector. However, this is not an exclusive list. We are also looking to diversify our Board and strongly encourage applications from individuals from a variety of different backgrounds.
We are able to accept applications from less experienced and/or younger people and will offer support to anyone joining through induction ahead of the first meeting, ongoing training, and a ‘buddy’ from the existing Board to guide anyone new through the processes and early meetings.
